Bock originates from Einbeck in Northern Germany and the Bock's of today are notably malty and strong.
Our version of this classic style beer is dark ruby red brown in colour, with sweet malt as the predominent flavour. This comes from a mixture of malts including Munich malt. The sweet malt is only balanced by the hops meaning this winter warmer is just the thing for a dark cold night.
