St Petrus Stout 5%
All supped! Our stout will be brewed again in September.
St Petrus is a dry stout, dark black in colour with a smooth roasted malt character and a slight coffee flavour. Made with a mixture of 5 malts the mouthfeel is full bodied but not overly thick. The sweet malts are perfectly balanced by using nobble English hops providing the drinker with a well balanced traditional stout.
The recipe was put together whilst drinking stout within sight of a statue of St Petrus, quite fitting considering the brewers name!
